DB2087 高纯石墨编织盘根Inconel丝增强（耐高温、耐高压）
构成：用Inconel等金属丝增强石墨芯，外套膨胀石墨线编织而成。
特性：拉力强度高，并可保持阀杆不受钢丝的磨损；有很好的耐高温、耐高压能力，具极强的散热能力和极高的可压缩性，能很好的和阀门的填料函或阀杆的缺陷处完美结合，即使在旧的阀门顶部或底部，防挤压环也不必安装，高纯石墨，运行低能耗；
适用：阀门、滑阀、煤灰风机等。
行业：推荐用于发电厂、石油化工、锅炉房及其他高温、高压密封部位。
The DB2087 packing is braided packing made with the combination of pure expanded mineral graphite, and the net of steel, it is extremely coated by a jacket of expanded mineral graphite. This packing preserves the stem of valve from scratching. Furthermore, the expanded graphite assures an excellent resistance to high temperature and pressure. Remarkable capacity of heat dispersion and superlative compressibility; suitable for imperfect stuffing boxes, and also for old valves. The graphite fibers have a very negligible surfur presence. Braiding made of flexible expandable natural graphite foil with inconel reinforcement.
Main areas of application: Valves, sliding valves, soot blowers, etc.
Characteristics: ---Can be applied universally with very good emergency running properties;
---No wear and tear on the shafts;
---Good thermal conductivity and high quality of pure mineral graphite;
---Very efficient for extension due to heat as well with steel.
The pre-compressed rings are recommended for level fo 1.4 to 1.6g/cm3 during the assembly.
Suitable for power stations, petrochemicals, boiler houses, high pressure and high temperature applications.
